“When taking up the position of the president of the management board, he decided to resign from the supervisory boards of Telewizja Polsat and Cyfrowy Polsat. For the past few months, Piotr Żak was delegated from the supervisory board to perform the duties of the president of the management board. Piotr Żak has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Telewizja Polsat since March 2016, and from January 16, 2024 to early July 2024, he was the acting President of the Management Board of Telewizja Polsat and Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Telewizja Polsat. In June 2018, he was appointed to the Supervisory Boards of Cyfrowy Polsat, the parent company of the Polsat Plus Group, and Netia, a member of the Polsat Plus Group. In April 2019, he was appointed to the Supervisory Board of Polkomtel, the operator of the Plus network. Since July 2020, he has been a member of the Supervisory Boards of Asseco Poland and Mobiem Polska, and since November 2020, also of the Supervisory Board of the Interia.pl Group. In May 2021, he was appointed to the Supervisory Board of Asseco Cloud. Since December 2021, he has held supervisory positions in selected special purpose vehicles belonging to Port Praski. In March 2022, he was appointed to the supervisory board of ZE PAK. Since January 2023, he has been a member of the supervisory boards of Interia.pl, Liberty Poland, InterPhone Service and PAK-Polska Czysta Energia, as listed in the material.
